In any case, the Catholic Encyclopedia itself supports the thesis that the Gospels of Christianity were written no earlier than the 4 th Century: “the earliest of the extant manuscripts [of the New Testament], it is true, do not date back beyond the middle of the fourth century AD”–.

George Fandt has written a superb work of spirituality he traces his spiritual journey, his education (both inner and outer) and presents a view of the truths of Jesus Christ in a way that honors Christianity and other paths as well.

This is a book of inspiration, a book of history, a book of truths that help to set the soul free. :   Many, by reading Lewis’ book, are encouraged to embrace Christianity even as he did.

I believe God has used His work to bring many to a knowledge they never had and who have become followers of Christ. My purpose in writing is to look beyond what he believed, spoke, and wrote, to discover a greater depth, beyond a mere Christianity.

In that first book, Goss argued that Christianity was not the enemy of the gay community; rather the churches are the enemy. Mere Christianity was a compilation of C.S. Lewis’ beliefs, in which he stated, “at the centre of each (religion) there is something, or a Someone, who against all divergences of belief, all differences of temperament, all memories of mutual persecution, speaks the same voice.”.

Many, by reading the book, have been encouraged to embrace Christianity even as he did. A growing number of Christians are disturbed by the consumer culture that has infiltrated the contemporary church.

For example, the book compares Christianity to other religions to validate that Christianity is unoriginal in essence/5.

Summary. Lewis addresses a common metaphysical question: How could it be possible for God to receive and address all the prayers coming at Him from people around the world all at once. The explanation has to do with the nature of time.

Beyond Good and Evil. by Eleni Pouliezou / June 6th, Beyond Good and Evil is the title of Friedrich Nietzsche’s philosophical work. It is a highly controversial book in which he successfully debunks the tenets of Christianity. Central to Christianity is the incarnation of Jesus Christ as fully God and fully human.

If God created intelligent species on other planets, would Christ have been incarnate in those species too. Or is the incarnation unique to Earth. Some Christians see Christ as becoming incarnate in multiple races.
